The global education system was disrupted since 2020 and even developed countries are having a difficulty time with challenges in online learning. Nigeria is not any different with concerns raised about the education system. On a channels TV interview programme in April 2020 the Minister of State for education Honourable Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba stated that the Ministry is focused on ICT approach – and the biggest target is 1 – 12 years students and that a new curricular has been developed, informing us that integrating the factors using UBEC to reach out more people therefore they have aligned with state governments to get them on board….
