Technology in education is defined as the study and ethical practice of facilitating learning and improving performance by creating, using, and managing appropriate technological processes and resources.

Search uses tools libraries, databases filtering information based on specific criteria, and cross check sources for reliability.

Collaborate shared documents on the cloud, utilize as a way to create share and allow for brainstorming and feed-back on real time.

Create produce multimedia content, videos and info graphs, learners are encouraged to create their own content to help utilize higher order thinking and evaluate content critically and then share with others.

Assess use grading tools and quizzes by customizing some assessment templates and rubrics can be quickly revised to solve marking time

Professional development is networking, sharing resources and sharing e.g Lindklin  

Online learning opportunities and use of open education resources and technological tools can increase productivity by accelerating the rate of learning
